CRUISE WITH HURRICANE

RLMorgen planned my very first cruise with my adult son. Being my first cruise, of course I had questions and concerns. Overseas Delays

I have used RLMorgen twice and had the pleasure of working with the same agent. The first time, I used RLMorgen for trip insurance for an international trip to Ghana. The second time, I was planning a bachelor party in Las Vegas.

RLMorgen was amazing with helping with my trip to Africa. It was my first time to Africa and their help made it a memorable and enjoyable trip. The agent walked me through the entire process and explained every detail. I am a very curious person and I asked a lot of questions. They were not rattled and patiently listened, then researched and answered my questions. The trip to Africa was a complicated itinerary using different airlines with multiple layovers. Unfortunately, the airlines lost our luggage and we were also bumped from booked flights because of delays. The insurance RLMorgen picked for us had 24/7 customer service that had better availability than the airlines. We were actually reimbursement more money for the luggage delay than what we paid for the insurance. The insurance customer service had a wait time of only 2 minutes and answered all of our questions and really took care of us. The airline customer service however was over one hour. Our trip was during the Christmas rush and even the gate agents at the airport could not get help. Fortunately our insurance provided us with instructions on what we should do since our bags were lost. Being able to buy replacement clothes knowing we would be reimbursed made a difference. Not having any clothes in a different continent is stressful enough but someone letting you know you can buy the clothes you need and get reimbursed allows you to enjoy the traveling experience. Every day, I was buying clothes and enjoying my vacation. This would not have been possible without RLMorgen.
